In addition to restoring the existing 18 historic buildings of East Quarter, the project also includes a new 20-story mixed use development with retail, office and residential space. Though an expansive building, the new development has been carefully designed to respect the already existing historic structures. At its core is the 100-year-old Meletio building, which will serve as the centerpiece of the new development. The project features 200,000 square feet of offices, 25,000 square feet of retail space, and 336 class A multifamily units, complete with an eighth-floor amenity deck with a swimming pool and outdoor areas.
