Adam Kraus

Prior to joining Todd Interests, Adam worked at Goldman Sachs in the Merchant Banking Division specializing in placing Goldman Sachs' balance sheet capital in the acquisition of $700 million of multifamily assets across the country. Adam began his real estate career at Holliday Fenoglio Fowler , L.P. (HFF) where he participated in the execution of over $750 million of real estate finance transactions across office, multifamily, retail, industrial, hotel and seniors housing product types on the investment sales team.
Adam is a graduate of Boston University, where he also played on the men's ice hockey team and was a member of the 2009 NCAA National Championship team. Adam is the founder of the Dallas Autumn Ball, a nonprofit organization that has donated over $200,000 to support educational organizations in Dallas. He is an alum of the Mayor's Star Council in Dallas and was named a "Good Works Under 40" finalist in 2018 by the Dallas Foundation presented by The Dallas Morning News. Adam is an active member of The Real Estate Council (TREC) and lives in Dallas.
