Blair Jones

Before joining Todd Interests, Blair Jones was an Assistant Vice President in the Debt Strategies Group at Hunt Real Estate Capital, where he managed a portfolio of highly transitional retail, office, multifamily and self-storage real estate loans valued at over $295MM. As the first dedicated asset manager for the group, Blair was instrumental in building out the asset management platform and helped launch the firms first CLO. Prior to that, Blair worked for Lone Star Fund’s credit lending platform called “LStar Capital” and was involved in evaluating over $2.0B of real estate transitions that led to two CMBS transactions.  

Blair is a graduate of the Neeley School of Business at Texas Christian University, with a BBA in Finance and minor in accounting. Blair is on the board of TCU’s local Young Alumni chapter and is an active member of The Real Estate Council (TREC).
