Chad Jackson
Director
Chad joined Todd Interests Summer of 2021. Prior to joining the firm, he began his career as an Engineer in Training with Pacheco Koch. While he was designing commercial real estate developments, he realized he was interested in the construction and development world and joined Duke Realty In 2006. He began as a project engineer and was quickly promoted to project manager where he managed 2 million+ SF of industrial distribution center construction. Always looking to challenge himself, Chad joined the Bremner Duke healthcare development team in 2008 where he oversaw the design and construction of 2 specialty orthopedic hospitals, 4 medical office buildings, and 3 freestanding emergency rooms totaling more than $300 million in development.
In 2014 Chad joined the KDC Real Estate where he served as a member of the design and construction team. While there he helped develop the $100 million Raytheon campus in Richardson and the $350 million JPMorgan Chase campus in Plano. In 2017 he led the development of the $200 million Frost Tower in San Antonio with KDC partners Weston Urban. Chad was also leading the preconstruction efforts for the $400 million McKinney & Lemmon mixed-use development prior to Todd Interests.
Chad is a native Texan, born and raised with his 4 brothers on a small ranch outside of Henrietta, TX. He has lived in Dallas since graduating from Texas A&M University with a degree in Civil Engineering. Chad met his wife, Ashley, at a TREC fundraising event in 2016. In 2020 the pair welcomed their first son, Carter, to the family. Chad enjoys spending his free time traveling with his wife, golfing with friends, and helping his parents back on the family ranch.
