Ishwariah Vincent

Ishwariah joined Todd Interests in October 2018 and primarily focuses on underwriting, due diligence, and asset management for the firm’s development and acquisition portfolio.

Before joining Todd Interests, Ishwariah was an asset manager for Hunt Real Estate Capital, where she managed a portfolio of 24 highly transitional commercial real estate loans, valued at over $250mm. Prior to that, she was a member of the real estate group at Ares Management in New York City and Dallas, where she underwrote and closed over $1.1 billion in real estate debt transactions comprised of senior and subordinate investments across the multifamily, office, retail, industrial, student housing, and hospitality sectors. 

Ishwariah started her career as an investment banking analyst at Jefferies & Company in New York where she worked on IPOs, debt placement, and M&A activity for technology companies. 

Ishwariah is an alumna of the University of Texas at Austin’s Business Honors and Finance programs and was a recipient of the Texas Exes Forty Acres Scholarship—one of the University’s premier merit scholarships. Ishwariah and her husband, Michael, live in Dallas with their children, Nora and Nate, who keep them on their toes but are also their greatest joys.
