Stephanie Herold

MANAGING Director

Stephanie joined Todd Interests in February of 2017. As a managing director, Stephanie focuses on all financial aspects, including underwriting, sourcing capital, and due diligence associated with Todd Interests' development and acquisition activity. 

Prior to joining Todd Interests, Stephanie spent four years at HFF as an analyst on the debt and equity placement team. During this time, Stephanie participated in the execution of nearly $3 billion of real estate finance transactions. Stephanie's experience spans a broad range of asset classes, including Office, Multifamily, Retail, Mixed-Use, Hotel, Seniors Housing, Student Housing, and Industrial. 

Stephanie is a graduate of McCombs School of Business at The University of Texas at Austin, with a BA in Marketing. Stephanie is an active member of The Real Estate Council (TREC), a member of the Associate Leadership Council (ALC) Class of 2018, and the University of Texas Real Estate Finance and Investment Center. She lives in Dallas with her husband, John Paul.
